Tandoori flame in Unterfohring

Absolutely no recommendation! We had ordered a couple of times. It was very mediocre (but within walking distance). No intense taste as usual with Indian food, but edible (in the range of 2.5 stars) To try a little more variety, we ordered the Thali platter for two. Unfortunately, this order was more than disappointing. We had six dishes to choose from. Everything was extremely cute. You hardly tasted anything except sugar. In the future we will order again in the neighboring town. Better a longer delivery time and enjoyment!

On December 23 got confirmed by phone that on December 24th open in the evening and an order is possible. On December 24th in the evening received the statement that you spontaneously decided not to open.

Ordered takeaway for the first time and was not disappointed. Very tasty and generous portion. I picked it up myself and everything was ready in 10 minutes between ordering and picking it up. The ambience in the restaurant - which I saw so quickly - is not typically Indian, but the restaurants in India are often not. ;-) In any case, everything was well maintained and I can recommend the restaurant.

Nice ambience. An Indian from next door. However, dishes are rather average, rather delivery service quality than an Indian restaurant. There are lunch offers and you can order everything to take away. The people are very nice and accommodating.

Table reservation went smoothly and the table was lovingly set according to our motto birthday. The service was excellent. There were seven of us and no one had to wait long for his meal, it was served for everyone at the same time. The food and beverage offer is extensive and there is something for everyone. We all enjoyed it very much. At the end there was a small dessert from the house, which was also very tasty. Overall a very nice location. Price / performance ratio is fine.

I can only recommend the lunch menu. Super quality at a reasonable price. The service staff are sometimes a bit slow - so plan your time well. But always friendly.

The food is absolutely amazing. I used to grow up in an Indian community in London and love Indian food and I can tell you that this is really good quality stuff. On top of that great decoration and fantastic service quality. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. Fantastic!!!

One of the finest Indian restaurants in Munich. The owner Harsimranjeet is a very humble host. Do ask for their recommendation and they might also make up something outside of the menu. My personal favorite there is the Palak Paneer. Highly recommended!

I'd booked a table for 10 for my husband's birthday celebration, n I really appreciated how they proactively decorated the table. The food was delicious, and the service was also very warm and friendly. I also loved the interiors and the ambience of the restaurant n the little decorative Indian pieces distributed around the place. Can't wait for my next visit.

I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!! The Service was great, but the food was exceptional. Being of Indian origin myself I can say with the hand on my heart it is just as good if not better than the food back home.

Stopped by on a whim to pick up dinner for takeaway and I’d been wanting to try the new Indian restaurant in town anyway. I found one of my favorite dishes on the menu and was sure it would be tasty but it’s even better than the same dish that I always order at Swagat. Though I didn’t eat at the restaurant, they offered me a delicious chai and talked to me while I waited for my dinner. I look forward to returning and can’t believe our luck that we have such an exceptional Indian restaurant in town...I don’t need to go to Haidhaisen to satisfy my need for Indian anymore! Two thumbs up!

Hands down this is so far the best Indian food restaurant in Munich.I am a big fan of their lamb dishes and biryanis.The prices are almost the same as in other restaurants! They will accommodate your taste level and add spice accordingly.Very friendly and fast service.The ambience will make you miss India - it’s just lovely.

This is the best place to have Indian food in Munich period. The prices are what you will find everywhere, but the food is outstanding! Lovely service, both fast & friendly, and very accommodating. The restaurant has a nice patio in the summer time and a winter garden for cold days. You won't be disappointed!

I would actually give this restaurant 6/5 stars (one amongst three I visited in my entire life). There literally is nothing to complain about: More than adequate pricing, extremely nice and forthcoming staff, absolutely delicious food, vast food selection, and appropriate waiting times. Moreover, it is located in a calm street in a pleasant neighbourhood, so eating outside never feels awkward.
